Note: As I am currently working in residency towards my doctorate in Clinical
Psychology, I am not available to take on new clients at this time.
Making an appointment
You are welcome to contact me via email or phone to arrange a free 20 minute initial phone consultation. The purpose of this consultation is to help us see whether I can offer what you are looking for at this time. If you would like to proceed with psychotherapy, we can then book our first appointment. I currently only provide services online via Zoom (Healthcare), with possible exceptions for those living in Vancouver (limited time slots).
A therapy session can be 1 to 1.5 hours, the appropriate length of which we will discuss before we begin. Appointments are available Tue and Thu @ 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. P.S.T. / 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. E.S.T., and Sun 10:15 a.m. - 8 p.m. P.S.T. / 1:15 p.m. - 11 p.m. E.S.T. Appointments may take up to a week to arrange.
Fee + Payment Method
If you have extended health benefits, my service may be covered by your insurance. Please note that my credentials are R.P. and C.C.C. You will need to check that your particular insurance package covers psychotherapy services (rather than a particular service provider, e.g. psychologist, social worker, or R.C.C.). I will provide receipts (or letters when necessary) for attended sessions, which you can submit to your insurance.
Canada Revenue Agency recognizes the cost of non-reimbursed services provided by Registered Psychotherapists as a medical expense eligible for tax credit.
